PJ day , extra time in the gym/outside , lunch with their teacher in their room ...

What about box tops bucks? Do you have a school store they can use them there to buy a notebook,pencil, key ring etc.. if not buy 1.00 items for Michaels, Joann Fabrics or dollar store for them to buy or I do a Ultimate Reward (1000 box tops) for a plaque, Gold Star reward for 100 box tops/ Honor List 50 box tops

My bunch loves the plastic popcorn containers (1.00 in Target dollar section) with a single serve Pop Secret popcorn, with a pencil & craft. (cost 4.00 profit 6.00) for gold star. Michael's wood fram crafts are a hit. Kids can paint or color them then add their picture.

Honor list a goodie bag with craft & pencil (mini wood craft magnets from Michaels) spend 1.50 profit 3.50

Have chalk day or art day.

They are usually a 1.00 but alot of times they are only .50.

How about movie party or extra recess time.

Box Tops queen or king for bringing in the most box tops. Make a sache from 3 in ribbon & glitter glue.
