Box Tops for Education

We have 2 major papers , and it was in one and NOT the other  :(   It sort of stinks as we (ourschool) is a subburb of St.Paul and it was in the Minneapolis paper  ...  I get both  so I have one ...

i got the email and DID NOT recieve the bonus offer in our paper. We are a capital city so we should have gotten one. I am extremely upset as i told the school staff & students. Today I walked in and had the staff asking me why they could not find it.

So in MN it was in the Star Trib - I also received the e-mail and tried to hunt mine down in the Pioneer Press with no luck.  Wonder if I can find a Sun Star Trib today......

I called Campbell's.  The said that it didn't make all of the papers this weekend but should be in there on 1/15 or 1/22.  We'll see.

It was in our Smart Source Coupon flyer.  Great deal, unlike the last one that you had to but 5 certain things AND send in the receipt, you just need 5 upc's to get the 100 bonus points!!

A prent notified me that she called LFE customer service and they told her a different story. They said it was a one shot deal and would not be offered again.  I went on the forum and there were people who posted and said that it was not in there paper either.  I hope its not a one shot deal!

Is the Turner Maine address were we can send you box tops for education.  Do you also do the labels for education.  I was collecting them for my kids school and I kept tuming them in and I found out that although they had a collection container, nothing was ever done with them and I believe they disposed of the whole container.  When I asked about the container I was told that no one wanted to be responsible.  So I continue to collect both labels and box tops but I don't know of any school in the Los Angeles area that is participating.  So I am left looking for a school to donate them to.  Let me know if that is the correct address to send them to.  Thank, Marlene

It is wonderful that you collect even though you do not have a specific school to give them to.  If there is anyone else out there looking to donate your box tops, my school would be so thrilled to have them.  We use a portion of our BT $ to fund lunch accounts for students that don't qualify for free lunch, but whose famiy truely struggles and still need a little help.  We also buy books for classroom libraries and other needs that are not in the schools budget.

If you necer got the sheet-you could have went to the LFE website, or have the coordinator do it and download the sheet. You had until 1/31/12 to download it. But if you respond to me, I can email you a PDF copy to print. It is a great offer. 5 UPC 's on the sheet = 100 bonus.

I just ran across your post and wanted to offer that my school is in your neck of the woods and we collect Box Tops.  I think it's fantastic that you collect them just to be generous.  I recently was contacted by a woman in the neighborhood that doesn't have students at Roosevelt, but believes in the program and is determined to get friends and neighbors involved.  If only there were more people like the two of you in the world.

If you wouldn't mind sharing the wealth, I would gladly accept your Box Tops.  We don't submit the Campbell's Labels, so when I have several I pass them along to another school, and coincidentally chose this same school in Maine that you did.

My daughter was just learning about the term "Pay it Forward" and this is a perfect example.
