iT APPEARS THAT GM has cut off direct contact with them by phone.  At times Coordinators have questions that need to be answered by phone.  Attempts to reach them have failed many times.  Perhaps it is


the time of day.....but the phone always just cuts you off.  Anyone else experiencing that problem?  I am at the point of severing the program at our school because of the difficulty in communicating with GM.  Is


there an e-mail address?  All of us do not have e-mail access.  Would appreciate clarification from


GM .  Call bj Pettty************** please.

I just tried calling.  I didn't get cut off but there is no longer an option to speak to someone.  I wonder if they are on vacation and if you call another day someone will be there?

Thank you for your help!  I was getting very frustrated trying to reach a real person!  Trying to figure out why our Box Tops that were submitted on time, were not included in our December check.  Now if they would just answer the phone, I'd be much happier.

Did you get through to a representative. There may be one last option & that is when you reach the prompt " to change or update your school info", there is definitely an option to talk to a representative. Try that & see where that goes. Good Luck again.
