I watched the video to earn eboxtops and at the end they want you to give 3 friends email addresses in order to get the eboxtops.  What's up with that???

I gave them PTA members emails. PTA members should participate and earn eBox Tops too.

It should have stated that you would be required to give extra info before you watched the video.  I watched and when it came to giving email info....I closed the window.  Not that big of a deal, but...

I liked the idea. It helps get your school more involved in earning box tops. I have 12 community mebmers on BTFE site If we all did this that was 60 box tops for our school. And if the people they sent emails to that's even more added.

I absolutely agree... giving out other people's emails should never be a requirement to getting anything on this site. Arbitrarily giving out emails of other PTO members is wrong on many levels... those emails should only be used for contact purposes, not adding spam to people's email. A belief that they 'should be participating' in Box Tops does not justify this abuse of trust in the information handed over.

I agree that we should not be required to give out other people's e-mail addresses.  That is very uncalled for.  I would not want someone else to give out my e-mail without my permission.  There is enough rubbish sent out as it is.
