YES. you can make collection sheets of your own.  I make my own monthly (ok...sometimes, I do use someone elses if I get short on time)

You can cut and paste images and there is a ton of clip art out there.

I've been making my own for several years now.  I do a 10 count per half sheet.  I use the box top logo at the top with blank boxes with dashed lines around the theme picture of my choice.  The kids seem to like them.  I can send you an example if you'd like.

I have pictures of ornaments i want to use but I wanted to put the blank boxes with the dashes in the middle of each ornament but I just can't figure out how!

Yes you can make your own! They need to be summited in bundle of 50 Box Tops! So I like to do a sheet with 10 on it, but some do 25! I use the clip art some others make up there own all together! 

You can also go to PTOtoday dot com and download Box Tops collection sheets from there.  Some of them are editible others are not.  But you can always print one and use the old fashioned method of cutting off what you can't use.  Then find your own graphics and re type what you want it to say and tape it all together and make a new copy.  I prefer the 25 count sheets.  Then I just tape two full sheets together and lay flat when I mail them.  No need to put them in a baggie.  Good luck and have fun with your contests.
