Because February 28th is a Sunday, the deadline was pushed back a day.   For the April 15th check, you have to have your submission postmarked no later than March 1st.

Yes, I was also told that postmark could be 3/1.  Thank goodness...my school just sent a bunch of them home for me.  I didn't expect them so I've needed that extra day!
