My nephew  is entering first grade this year.  He has grown up helping to collect box tops.  Today I had him set a goal of how many box tops he was going to turn in this year.  He decided on 3218 box tops.  I explained to him that is a lot of box tops.  I made him a chart so he can track the box tops that he collected.  I am not expecting him to be able to collect that many, but I am going to help him collect as many as he can.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  My email is kldolought (at) aol (dot) com.

I would get everyone you know involved. My Mom sends me BoxTops from NY and we live in CA. Ask your neighbors to collect them too.

The easiest way to earn a lot of box tops is to see if any stores in your area have box tops promotions and participate in them.  You can earn large amounts of box tops (20, 50, 90, 100) at one time, usually by simply purchasing a certain number of BT products in one transaction.  You can still use manufacturer or store coupons to bring your cost down even farther.  In our area, Jewel, Meijer, and K-Mart have these types of promotions.

Something a little out of the ordinary that I do is trade for BTFE.  Have you ever heard of Refundmakescents.com?  It is a site about refunding, coupons, getting deals etc.  Anyway through the site I have people that want things and I request BTFE in exchange.  Over the years it was fun for my kids to see a couple of hundred BTFE come in the mail in an envelope.  I believe the subscription cost for refund makes cents is $12 a year she has been in business for many years now so it is a good site.  The subscription cost will easily be recovered from all the deals you find out about on the site.

Good Luck!
