I am about to start my 3rd year as coordinator at my school, and I would to get some fresh ideas on how to increase our earnings for next year since we are coming to a close for this year. We are a realatively small school 400-500 students K-6th grades, but we do well in boxtops--collecting close to $2200 this year. I already have monthly classroom winners (K-3 and 4-6) and give the overall winning class a trophy for the month. I want to keep it fresh and and keep our kids excited about boxtops but I am running out of ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

IF you have been keeping a list of students names & the amount of Box Tops children have collected. Go To  site Boxtops.us/ there are a few different "AWARDS" you can give to each child. Certificates come in color, not many schools willing to print color copies but if you can well worth this gift to the children.

No, unfortunately I do not keep a list of individual contrubutions by students just classroom. All of our teachers have a collection bin in their rooms and the students just put their boxtops in the collection bin. My hat is off to you if you do that, that just seems to me to be alot of extra work for a task that already is time consuming.

Hi. Valx3, I'm The Coordinator of small Charter School the Healthy Learning Academy 2101 NW 39th Avenue  Gainesville Florida 32605.  We have 68 (K-4) students and their parents who are the Greatest.  "Jump starting next year" for "OUR KIDS" meant collecting BoxTops during Summer for a Pie in the Face contest at the beginning of this school year.  They collected 2370 Boxtops ($237) not bad for 68 kids. They are now into a Class vs Class Contest.  Added to this I asked "OUR KIDS" to ask their families moms, dads, sisters, brothers and grandparents throughout the United States to send BoxTops.  I'm also asking Coordinators from as many schools as possible in the BTFE community to send me 1 or 2 Boxtops (which will be returned in kind) from your Great State so I may proudly add a "STAR" to our UNITED STATES MAP. To the above address attn Papa Ed.  thank you for your time and attention.  Ed Burkhalter BoxTops Coordinator.
