Hi there! We can definitely help explain the Box Tops Marketplace!

To start, go to the Box Tops Marketplace at boxtops4education.com. Click on the link to any of the online stores; you'll be automatically sent to that store's web site. Shop and check out as you normally would and a portion of your qualifying purchase is donated to your school. You can earn up to 15 eBoxTops per $10 you spend! 
In order to ensure that all of your purchases are credited to your designated school, you must start at the Marketplace first before making a purchase.

Thank you for your help! So if I have already done shopping online recently and did not start at the Marketplace, I can not get credit for that? Is there a way to go back and get that credit?

I don't think there is a way to do that but  I would give Box Tops a call and find out for sure.

Nope!!  You must go through the Marketplace.

Unfortunately there's no way to retroactively credit your account. The only way for eBoxTops to be earned is by shopping through BTFE.com. One suggestion would be that you could return your purchase and re-do it through BTFE.com.

Does anyone know what I should do if my ebox tops are not showing up on my "progress" page? I ordered from Barnes and noble thru Marketplace over a month ago; have already received my purchse and there are still no ebox tops listed. HELP!!

I read somewhere on a post that others are having trouble too with Barnes and Noble posting eBoxtops.  I believe that VistaPrint was another one.
