Box Tops for Education

I was wondering the same thing.  I participated the day it appeared on btfe and have yet to see anything.

Has anyone recieved their brochure from ford. I have still not received it yet.

I am in the same boat. I watched the videos and requested a brochure and it has yet to post.

I also watched the videos the day that they were posted, and still have not seen any results.  It is frustrating that things like this take so long to show up.  It is hard to motivate parents to participate when the results are not visible for so long.  I understand why the box tops themselves would take so long (manually counting all of those is excruciating slow), but I would think in this day of extreme technology that a link should be made for online offers  to show up almost immediately since the whole system is all "automated."  The time lapse on the technological end of BTFE is frustrating to say the least.  I hope in the future that the system is re-vamped to be more efficient.  Also, a link between BTFE and all of the other online offers (Green Giant, Grow 2 learn, etc.) should be looked into.

I, too, am still missing my box tops and have not recieved my brochure. =S

It took about 10 days to receive my brochure.  I have no idea which catagory it will show up under!

 I received my brochure yesterday and i played the first day. There is a code on the brochure that needs to be entered to receive the box tops. 

We are in the same boat. I watched the videos the first day and have seen no additions to our eBoxTops. We had an open house and got dozens of parents to log on to our computers, sit and watch the videos, and request the brochure. 

Not a single one of us have received brochures so we cannot enter the "code." Parents are very frustrated with me as the coordinator, with Ford, and with Box Tops. 

Marketplace purchases from June and July aren't showing up either. (These were my purchases so I know they were made.)

Help! Anybody have a suggestion???

I received my brochure, but be careful!  Looks just like the ones my hubby gets for stopping in at the dealership.  It does have a big box tops for education logo on the BACK.  Hope it didn't get lost or tossed...Good luck, box top hunter!

I contacted BT4E, and they said it can take up to 3 months to get credit for your purchases from the marketplace(sounds like they settle up quarterly).[quote user="FloridaLinda2"]

I also watched the videos on the day it came out and have yet to see my bonus from Ford. Yet, other people who have done it after me can see theirs under progress, your earnings. I called box tops and they said I need to talk to Ford. But there is no information for Ford. Does anyone have an email or phone number for Ford??

Yes. I received my brochure. It took about 2 weeks to receive. It has a big box top picture on the back of it:)

I received the brochure a couple of days ago but yet to see the box tops I earned for it or from watching the videos either. They aren't even listed as pending...

I wish I had known we needed to get a code and enter it from the brochure. Now I can't get another one :(

I received the brochure and put in the code. in small print on the mailing label side is the code along with a teeny graphic for box tops. Be careful as it looks just like brochures you pick up at the dealers!

Now I too watched the videos online (Ford) and my points for watching are still pending. BTFE's website states it pends for 30 days but it's past 30 and it's ridiculous to wait this long (see below):

Our school is having a contest and at this rate we won't make the submission and won't receive credit for our work. :( Can't explain that to an 8 year old. :(

I too agree that BTFE has to work on the issue of getting credit to individuals much quicker for eshopping and e-earnings. I'm fine with 30 days but not more. I do IT work and we do similar programs (credits for shopping) for other clients and it doesn't take us that long to awards points to clients. We probably have the same amount checking in as BTFE too.

Otherwise I think it's a great program and website!

I was thinking the same thing. I am programmer working in IS department and we are running rebates and promotions all the time. It doesn't take that long to process credits. Maybe BTFE needs to change their vendor and get somebody who can automate feeds for eBoxTops and update the database every night. My Ford credits are pending since 10/08/2011. The rule states that they can stay in pending status up to 30 days...well it's been more that 60 days now. How much time do they really need to verify $2.50? 

I did get my brochure. it took about 2 weeks. You have to log in and enter the code on the back to earn.

Now you'll have to wait about 2 more weeks for these 10 eBoxTops to show up with status "Pending" and then another 2 month for them to become "Confirmed". You earn when status is "Confirmed", not when it's "Pending".

Concerning Marketplace purchases...I give them 30 days to show under "pending", then I start contacting them, again and again until something is done.  I keep a folder with a copy of my invoice until its credited to my account.  News flash!! Just checked my earnings under progress and all Ford boxtops have been moved from pending (10/4) to confirmed (12/22).  Now has anyone received their December check?  I really wish Boxtops would consider changing the check mailing date to Jan.1.  Most schools are closed for the winter holiday and I hate to have that check sitting somewhere waiting for us to return.
