Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 2 cups water

  • 2 ¼ cups Original Bisquick® mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  3. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and stew is bubbly.

Substitution

Is your family particular about the kinds of vegetables they'll eat? You can use any 1-pound bag of frozen vegetables that is popular with your family.

Health Twist

For 360 calories and 10 grams of fat per serving, use Bisquick Heart Smart® mix in place of Original Bisquick® mix and substitute lean ground turkey for the ground beef.
