Fruity Yogurt Pancakes

Mmm, pancakes! Wake up sleepyheads with extra-special pancakes made with Bisquick® mix and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick® or Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free yogurt (any fruit flavor)
  • Fresh fruit and additional yogurt, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, eggs and 1 container yogurt until blended (batter will be thick).
  2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Spread batter slightly.
  3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve topped with fruit and additional yogurt.
